By accessing or using the Dreams LIFE mobile application (“App”), operated by Dreams Business Cloud (“Company”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is a productivity and business activity platform designed to support execution of the L.I.F.E. Method (List, Invite, Follow-Up, Engage), including tracking, communication, and engagement tools.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements.

4. User Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

- Violate laws or regulations

- Misuse contact data

- Upload harmful or malicious content

- Interfere with system functionality

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content but grant the Company a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content to operate and improve the Service.

7. Data & Contacts

You confirm you have legal rights and consent to upload and use contact data within the App.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

Subscriptions may renew automatically. Billing is handled by third-party processors (Apple/Google where applicable). 30-day no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee. No refunds after 30 days.

9. Intellectual Property

All App materials are owned by Dreams Business Cloud and protected by law.

10. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party services integrated within the App.

11. Privacy

Use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

13. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

14. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Dreams Business Cloud from claims arising from your use of the App.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by U.S. law.
